GENERAL REFERENCES
Alarm systems — See Ch. 112.
The activities hereafter listed shall be prohibited other than the hours herein listed:
A. 
Weekdays: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
B. 
Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
C. 
Sundays and holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The prohibition shall not apply to any events or activities sponsored by a governmental entity or a nonprofit organization.
The activities prohibited are as follows:
A. 
Construction activities.
B. 
Operation of sound and/or video equipment audible beyond the border of the property of operation.
C. 
Landscaping.
D. 
Painting.
Any activity which produces sound which is audible at the property line coming from within the boundaries of that property shall be presumed to be emanating from an activity prohibited under § 301-3 above. Such presumption shall be rebuttable at trial.
This chapter may be enforceable only by police officers, the Borough's code enforcement officer, or other official designated by Borough Council by resolution.
