There shall be created in the Township of Oxford
the office of Deputy Clerk.
The Township Deputy Clerk shall act in the place
and stead of the Township Clerk and carry on the usual duties of the
Township Clerk in the event of resignation, death, removal, inability
to serve or absence of the Township Clerk.
The salary for the office of Township Deputy
Clerk shall be in accordance with the amount determined by the Township
Committee in the Salary Ordinance or Resolution, copies of which are
available in the office of the Township Clerk.
