It is unlawful for any person to smoke tobacco
at any recreational facility, sports field or recreational property
owned, leased or operated by the Township of Oxford.
All places affected by this article shall be
identified by signs posted with letters at least one inch in height
stating "Smoking Prohibited" or with the international symbol for
"Smoking Prohibited."
The provisions of this article shall be enforced
by the Township of Oxford Police Department.
Any person violating this article shall be subject
to a fine of $50 per occurrence.
