A.
Village taxes shall be paid at a rate of 100% if paid in June; 105%
if paid in July; 106.5% if paid in August; 108% if paid in September,
September 30 being the last day of collection.
B.
Village water rents and sewer fees levied in June shall be paid at
a rate of 100% if paid in June; 105% if paid in July; 106.5% if paid
in August; 108% if paid in September; and 109.5% if paid by October
31, being the last day of collection.
C.
Village water rents and sewer fees due in December shall be paid
at a rate of 100% if paid in December; 105% if paid after the first
business day in January; 106.5% if paid in February; 108% if paid
in March; and 109.5% if paid by April 30, being the last day of collection.
D.
Village taxes not paid by September 30 shall be relevied to the county for enforcement pursuant to the authority granted in Article III of this chapter.
E.
Village water rents and sewer fees levied in June which are not paid
by October 31 shall be added to the December Village water rent and
sewer fee bill. Payments made after the first business day in January
shall be paid at a rate of 105%; 106.5% if paid in February; 108%
if paid in March; and 109.5% if paid in April.
F.
Village water rents and sewer fees levied in December which are not
paid by April 30 shall be relevied and added to the June Village property
tax bill shall be paid at a rate of 100% if paid in June; 105% if
paid in July; 106.5% if paid in August; and 108% if paid in September.
