Pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7
and N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1, the Village Council of the Village of Ridgewood
does hereby approve a certain map prepared by Christopher J. Rutishauser,
New Jersey Professional Engineer, PE License No. 36373, Village Engineer,
and entitled “Village of Ridgewood, Engineering Division, Bergen
County, New Jersey, the Village of Ridgewood Official Finding and
Recording Map for the Purpose of Criminal Code Enforcement of N.J.S.A.
2C:35-7 and N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1,” as the official finding and
record of the locations and boundaries of the area or areas situate
in the Village of Ridgewood on or within 1,000 feet of school property
as described in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7 and within 500 feet of a public housing
facility, a public park, libraries, and museums as described in N.J.S.A.
2C:35-7.1.
The original map hereby approved and as it may
be revised pursuant to the cited statutes, or a true copy thereof,
shall be filed with the Clerk of the Village of Ridgewood and shall
be maintained in the Office of the Village Clerk as an official record
of the Village of Ridgewood.
