The Fire Prevention Code adopted in § 139-2 shall be enforced by the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the Fire Department, which is hereby established and which shall be operated under the supervision of the Fire Marshal.

Upon request or as required by the Fire Marshal, the Fire Marshal may provide fire extinguisher training. The fee to be paid by the property owner for the fire extinguisher training shall be as provided in Chapter A263, Fees.

A report of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be made monthly and transmitted to the Fire Commissioner of the municipality. Such report shall contain all proceedings under the Fire Prevention Code, with such statistics as the Fire Marshal may wish to include therein; the Fire Marshal shall also recommend any amendments to the code which, in his judgment, shall be desirable.
