GENERAL REFERENCES

No public garage or gasoline service station as defined in § 169-4 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Rockaway shall remain open between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. The hours referred to herein shall be Eastern standard time or Eastern daylight saving time, whichever is the official time in the Borough.
