The City of New Rochelle does hereby establish
as its Official Map within the meaning of Article 3 of the General
City Law the annexed map entitled "City of New Rochelle, Westchester
County, New York, Official Map, dated October 18, 1960," which is
made a part of this chapter and adopts the same.[1]

in the office of the City Clerk.
The City Clerk shall, immediately upon the adoption
of this chapter, file with the County Clerk of the County of Westchester
(Division of Land Records) a certificate showing that the City has
amended its Official Map as hereinabove set forth.
