The City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to issue to the Salvation
Army of the City of New Rochelle a permit to solicit contributions on the
streets of the City, in its usual manner, by stand and bell, from December
3 to 24, inclusive, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., subject
to police regulations and such conditions as the City Manager may deem expedient.
