The City of New Rochelle shall enforce the collection of delinquent
taxes in the City of New Rochelle pursuant to Article 11 of the Real Property
Tax Law of the State of New York, as amended by Chapter 602 of the Laws of
1993 and Chapter 532 of the Laws of 1994, as well as other technical and clarifying
amendments.
