Pursuant to the provisions of 53 Pa.C.S.A. § 2301
et seq., the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Township
of Hanover, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized
to enter into a certain joint agreement among Bath Borough and Lower
Nazareth Township for the creation of a regional police commission
to be known as the "Colonial Regional Police Commission." The joint
agreement shall be substantially in the form of the document entitled
"Articles of Agreement," last revised March 15, 1995, attached hereto
and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A.[1]
