The Council of Latrobe, Westmoreland County,
Pennsylvania, hereby signifies its desire and intention to organize
a Parking Authority in and for said Latrobe, under the provisions
of the Parking Authority Law, Act of June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended.[1]

In pursuance of said desire and intention, the
Articles of Incorporation of said Authority are hereby approved and
adopted by said Council, on behalf of said Latrobe, in the following
form:

In compliance with the Parking Authority Law
of June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended, Latrobe, Westmoreland County,
Pennsylvania, pursuant to a duly enacted ordinance authorizing the
formation of a Parking Authority, hereby certifies:

The name of the Parking Authority shall be the
"Latrobe Parking Authority."

2.

This Parking Authority is formed under the provisions
of the Parking Authority Law of June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended.

3.

The name of the incorporating municipality is
the "Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania," and the names and
addresses of the Burgess and members of Council of said incorporating
municipality are as follows: . . .

4.

The names, addresses and terms of office of
the first members of the Board of the Parking Authority to be formed
hereby are as follows: . . .

The terms of office of the respective members
of the Board herein appointed shall commence on the date of their
appointment and shall continue for the respective terms of years herein
designated from the June 1 next succeeding the date of their appointment.
All of the abovementioned members of the Board of such Authority reside
in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, wherein Latrobe is located,
and a majority of said members reside in Latrobe.

The ordinance authorizing the creation of said
Parking Authority, certified from the records of the incorporating
municipality, together with advertisement of filing of these Articles
of Incorporation, are each submitted herewith . . .

Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided
that the address of the registered office be changed to 901 Jefferson
Street, Latrobe, Pennsylvania 15650, and that the term of existence
be increased to July 10, 2056. This ordinance was readopted, reapproved
and ratified 8-14-2006 by Ord. No. 2006-10, a copy of which is on
file in the office of the City Secretary.
