[Adopted 2-10-1997 by Ord. No. 1997-4]
Latrobe does hereby declare its intention to
continue to have the municipal real estate tax, and such other taxes
as may be identified on the municipal tax statement, included with
the county real estate tax on a common tax statement.
Latrobe, by this article, does hereby advance
its real estate tax billing cycle to begin on March 1, 1997, such
that it shall be commensurate with that of Westmoreland County.
Latrobe does hereby ratify any and all action
taken by the Director of Administration and Finance and/or the Secretary
of Latrobe to notify the County of Westmoreland and the local Tax
Collector, and any other appropriate agency or body, of the advancement
of its real estate tax billing cycle as set forth above and further
authorizes and directs the Director of Administration and Finance,
the Secretary of Latrobe or any other proper officer of Latrobe to
take any and all action necessary to carry into effect this article.
