It shall be unlawful to accumulate and/or store for the purpose of resale any junk, rags, scrap iron, steel, scrap metals or any other materials handled by scrap and/or junk dealers on any lot or in any building within Latrobe.
It shall be unlawful to conduct the business of dismantling for resale purposes of automobiles and any other types of machinery on any lot or in any building within Latrobe.

Any individual, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter by conducting or attempting to conduct any of the businesses herein recited shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution or, in default of the payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days, provided that Latrobe does not waive its right to any civil proceeding in court that the Council may decide upon against any violator hereof.
