The documents to be submitted are intended to provide the approving authority with sufficient information and data to ensure compliance with all municipal codes and specifications and ensure that the proposed land development meets the design improvement standards contained in this chapter. The specification of documents to be submitted is based on the type of land development and particular stage of development application.
A. 
The documents to be submitted are shown on the following pages. In specific cases and for documented reasons, the approving authority may waive the submission of a particular document. The reasons for the waiver shall be indicated in the minutes of the approving authority.
(1) 
Size and scale of preliminary plans. A preliminary plat of the subdivision shall be provided that is drawn to a scale of 50 feet to one inch, 100 feet to one inch or 200 feet to one inch. The preliminary plan shall be twenty-six by thirty-four (26 x 34) inches in size or made in multiples of this size and cut along match lines. Five black or blue prints and one reproducible print shall be submitted with the original preliminary plat.
(2) 
Size and scale of final plans. The original drawing of the plat of the subdivision shall be 26 inches by 34 inches or made in multiples of this size and cut along match lines. It shall be drawn at a scale of (50) or 100 feet to the inch. Five black or blue prints and one reproducible print shall be submitted with the original final plat.
