No person or persons shall coast or ride upon
any sled or similar conveyance upon any sidewalk in Latrobe or upon
any street or alley in Latrobe unless such street or alley shall have
been especially set apart and designated for the purpose as a "play
highway" and shall have been blocked off or adequately protected from
vehicular traffic by Latrobe.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $600 for each and every violation, plus costs
of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs,
to a period of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
