Sewerage agreement with Phillipsburg and Pohatcong — See Ch. A467.
There is hereby authorized the execution of an agreement between the
Township of Pohatcong and the Borough of Alpha, said agreement
having been prepared and having been filed with the Clerk of the Borough of
Alpha and open for inspection in her office.
The Mayor of the Borough of Alpha be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the Borough of Alpha, and
the Borough Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to attest said
agreement and to affix the corporate seal of the Borough of Alpha thereto,
and when so executed and attested, said agreement shall be a valid and legally
binding agreement of the Borough of Alpha in accordance with the terms thereof.
Upon the execution and attestation of said agreement, the proper officials
of the Borough of Alpha be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
make and perform any and all acts necessary to carry out said agreement.
This ordinance shall take effect after its passage and publication in
the manner provided by law.
