It shall be lawful and the Police Department of the Borough of Media
is hereby authorized to use in the Borough of Media any and all
electrical and/or mechanical speed-timing devices which are now or shall hereafter
be approved by the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Signs shall be posted in the Borough of Media giving notice of the enforcement
of speed restrictions by the use of such devices.
