This chapter may be known and cited as the "Cooperative Pricing Ordinance"
of the Borough of Clementon.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor and Borough
Clerk of the Borough of Clementon are hereby authorized to enter into and
execute a cooperative pricing agreement with the County of Camden.
The County of Camden shall be responsible for complying with the provisions
of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other
provisions of the revised statutes of the State of New Jersey when entering
into contracts on behalf of the Borough of Clementon.
