§ 43-1 Assumption of responsibility.

This Board of Trustees hereby elects to assume full responsibility in enforcing the provisions of Article 17 of the Labor Law and the rules adopted thereunder.

§ 43-2 Powers to enforce.

The Village of East Rockaway shall hereafter have all the powers of the Commissioner of Labor in enforcing the provisions of Article 17 of the Labor Law and the rules adopted thereunder.

§ 43-3 Delegation of enforcement authority.

The Building Department of the Village of East Rockaway is delegated the authority to enforce such laws and rules.
