The annual salary of each duly elected, chosen, appointed or otherwise qualified member of The Commissioners of St. Michaels shall be $4,000, effective July 1, 2020, payable quarterly.[1]

A. 
The Commissioners, in order to perform the duties of their office, may be supplied with such equipment, materials and supplies they may deem necessary and which they shall set forth by resolution, which may be amended from time to time.
B. 
The Commissioners may be reimbursed for the cost of services, equipment, materials and supplies, including travel mileage and per diem stipends while traveling in the performance of their duties. The Commissioners shall enumerate, by resolution, which may be amended from time to time, such costs that are eligible for reimbursement.

The Town may, at the discretion of the Commissioners, provide for or participate in health, life and short-term disability insurance, or other forms of benefit or welfare programs for its employees and may expend public monies of the Town for such programs.
