[Adopted 4-5-1989 by L.L. No. 2-1989]
The City Council of the City of Beacon has determined
that the adoption of a Uniform Percentage Assessment of 60% will spread
the real property tax burden in a more equitable manner.
A Uniform Percentage Assessment ratio of 60%
is hereby adopted, and the Assessor shall place all assessments on
the 1989 tentative assessment role at 60% of full value.
