The officers and/or employees of the Town of
Evans be and are hereby authorized to receive, retain and/or produce
alternative documentation in the form of check images supplied by
the bank[1] in accordance with the system which has been implemented
by said bank.

resolution referred to the bank as Evans National Bank.
This authorization is intended to satisfy the requirements of § 99-b of the New York General Municipal Law amended by Chapter 140 of the Laws of 1996.
The Receiver of Taxes[1] and/or other authorized officers or employees be and hereby
authorized to take any and all further measures necessary to accomplish
the intent of the provisions herein.
