GENERAL REFERENCES
Police Pension Fund — See Ch. 46, Art. I.
The establishment of a Police Department in and for the Borough of Kane is reaffirmed and the appointment of policemen by the Borough Council subject to any applicable civil service provisions in the law, is hereby approved.

The classifications for the Borough of Kane Police Department may be a Chief of Police, an Assistant Chief and such number of full-time patrolmen as the Council, from time to time, may decide. The Chief of Police shall hire part-time patrolmen, as needed, in conjunction with the Borough Manager or as the Council, from time to time, may decide.
