No person shall operate skateboards, roller skates or in-line roller
skates, commonly referred to as "rollerblades," on any sidewalk in the area
zoned as the Central Business District (C-B) of the Borough of Kane.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon
conviction before a District Magistrate, be sentenced to pay a fine not to
exceed $300, together with costs of prosecution, or, in default thereof, to
undergo imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
