Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 55:14A-1 et seq., and most specifically N.J.S.A.
55:14A-4, the Township of Monroe hereby consents to and requests to be included
within the area of operation of the Housing Authority of Gloucester County.
The powers, duties and obligations of the Township of Monroe in relation
to the powers, duties and obligations of the Housing Authority of Gloucester
County will be governed by the provisions of N.J.S.A. 55:14A-1 et seq.
