Adoption of local laws — See Ch. 18.
The Board of Trustees shall, from time to time, designate by resolution
a newspaper as the official newspaper of the Village. Such newspaper shall
be distributed at least once a week within the Village and shall meet the
other provisions of law required of an official newspaper.[1] The designation of the official Village newspaper shall not exceed
a period of one year.
