The Commissioners, by ordinance, may designate any street or portion thereof under their jurisdiction for one-way traffic and shall erect or cause to be erected appropriate signs giving notice thereof.

The following streets or portions of streets are designated as one-way streets and traffic shall move as follows:
A. 
All traffic upon the southerly side of Rehoboth Avenue from Fifth Street to the main Boardwalk shall proceed in an easterly direction only, and all traffic upon the north side of Rehoboth Avenue from the main Boardwalk to Fifth Street shall proceed in a westerly direction only.
B. 
Scarborough Avenue and Lake Drive from Rodney Street to Bayard Avenue shall be one-way for eastbound traffic only.
C. 
Lake Drive from King Charles Avenue to Bayard Avenue shall be one-way for westbound traffic only.
D.

E. 
Martin's Lawn Alley from Second Street to Christian Street shall be one-way for westbound traffic only.

Sussex Street from Third Street to Fourth Street shall be one-way for eastbound traffic only.
G. 
Kent Street from Third Street to Fourth Street shall be one-way for westbound traffic only.
H. 
Cookman Street from Third Street to Fourth Street shall be one-way for eastbound traffic only.
I. 
The street on the northerly side of the Henlopen Hotel from Lakeview Avenue easterly and northeasterly to Lake Avenue shall be one-way for easterly and northeasterly traffic only.
J. 
Olive Avenue between Second Street and Third Street shall be for westbound traffic only.
K. 
Maryland Avenue between Second Street and Third Street shall be for eastbound traffic only.
L. 
Brooklyn Avenue from First Street to its intersection with Philadelphia Street shall be one-way for westbound traffic only.
M. 
Philadelphia Street from its intersection with Brooklyn Avenue to First Street shall be one-way for eastbound traffic only.
