[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of West Hartford 1-26-1999;
amended in its entirety 10-24-2000. Subsequent amendments
noted where applicable.]
In accord with the provisions of C.G.S. §§ 7-148r and
7-148s, as those sections may be amended or recodified from time to time,
any individual wishing to use the Town of West Hartford Geographic Information
System or Computer-Aided Mass Appraisal System may request such access at
the office of the Director of Administrative Services for the Town of West
Hartford. The Director of Administrative Services shall establish reasonable
rules and regulations regarding such use, including hours during which access
may be available to the public; computer security issues and other operating
conditions.
The fee for obtaining access to the Town of West Hartford Geographic
Information System or Computer-aided Mass Appraisal System shall be established
from time to time by resolution of the Town Council of West Hartford.
