The regulations for each district pertaining to minimum lot area, minimum lot frontage, maximum height of buildings, maximum number of stories, minimum front yard depth, minimum side yard width, minimum rear yard depth and minimum residential net floor area shall be as specified in this section and set forth in the Table of Area Regulations and Height and Bulk Regulations and subject to the further provisions of this section. A fence, wall or other enclosure is not regulated except as provided in § 179-17 below.

A. 
A fence, hedge, wall or other enclosures may be maintained on a corner lot, provided that no structure or vegetation shall be over 3.5 feet in height within the sight triangle.
B. 
The "sight triangle" is defined as the area within a triangle formed by two lines measured along the center of the nearest lane of the traveled way of intersecting streets from the point of intersection for a distance of 25 feet and a third line connecting the points on the two legs. The height restrictions shall designate the distance above each point in the plane of the sight triangle.
