No person shall tamper with, damage, deface, destroy or remove any traffic
control device, traffic control sign or street sign located on public property
or public rights-of-way within the City of Roseville.
No person shall possess any traffic control device, traffic control
sign or street sign unless it can be proven that any such traffic control
device or sign has been obtained legally.
