GENERAL REFERENCES

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 55:14A-1 et seq., and most specifically N.J.S.A.
55:14A-4, the Township of Harrison hereby consents to and requests to be included
within the area of operation of the Housing Authority of Gloucester County.
The powers, duties, and obligations of the Township of Harrison, in
relation to the powers, duties and obligations of the Housing Authority of
Gloucester County will be governed by the provisions of N.J.S.A. 55:14A-1
et seq.
