Fee waiver for volunteer nonpaid member of Fire Department or ambulance squad — See Ch. 80, Art. I.

The Township Council of the Township of Washington in the County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, shall participate in the tuition credit program as authorized by N.J.S.A. 18A:71-78.1 and the Mayor is hereby directed to issue a letter of eligibility to any volunteer who meets the criteria set forth in the statute.
