Agreements, adopted 10-27-2005 by Ord. No. 22-2005, and Art. II, Public
Contracts with Political Contributors, adopted 9-5-2007 by Ord. No.
30-2007.
The Township of Washington is governed by the “pay to
play” provisions as adopted by the State of New Jersey as N.J.S.A.
19:44A-20.1 et seq. to the extent they are applicable to municipalities.
