In accordance with the provisions of Village
Law § 3-301, the Mayor is hereby authorized, subject to
approval of the Board of Trustees, to appoint up to two Deputy Village
Clerks and a Deputy Village Treasurer, such officers to have such
duties and responsibilities as may be duly designated by said Mayor
and as provided by law.
