GENERAL REFERENCES
Adoption of ordinances - See Art. XV, Ch. 2, of the Charter.
The Town Clerk shall, upon adoption, number
all ordinances consecutively in the order of their adoption.
The Town Clerk shall cause all ordinances enacted
to be published in a book known as "the Code of Ordinances of the
Town of Westerly" for use of the public as soon as practicable after
their enactment and shall cause same to be made available on the Town
of Westerly website.
