All election polls in the City shall be opened at 7:00 a.m. and closed at 8:00 p.m. for all elections, primaries and referendums.

Pursuant to § 62.08, Wis. Stats., the boundaries of the City's seven aldermanic districts shall be changed as shown on the map designated as the "City of New Berlin Aldermanic District Map" and made a part of this section and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this section as though the matters and information set forth on said map are fully set forth herein. Said map shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk.[1]

Whenever three or more candidates file nomination papers for a City office, a primary election to nominate candidates for the office shall be held.

Pursuant to § 7.30(a), Wis. Stats., the City of New Berlin is authorized to adopt the following provisions:
A. 
At each polling location there shall be a minimum of five election inspectors.
B. 
Additional officials utilized at a polling location will be at the discretion of the City Clerk.
C. 
The City Clerk may also have the authority to hire two or more sets of officials to work at different times on Election Day and establish different working hours for different officials assigned to the same polling place.
