The following are official holidays with pay for full-time Township
employees and full-time/part-time employees with consistently set schedules
not to exceed 25 hours a week and employed by the Township greater than ten

B.
In addition, there will be one floating holiday each year, which
will be determined by a majority vote of the Township's employees and then
presented to Mayor and Council for approval.

annual vacation leave according to this schedule:

B.
A "working week" is the normal weekly work schedule for
a full-time employee as defined for individual departments. The vacation of
regular part-time employees will be prorated based on their regular working
schedule.
C.
Upon termination of employment an employee will receive payment
for all accrued vacation leave.
D.
Anyone whose employment is terminated prior to the expiration
of the initial probationary period will receive no vacation time or pay in
lieu thereof.
