A. 
The following are official holidays with pay for full-time Township employees and full-time/part-time employees with consistently set schedules not to exceed 25 hours a week and employed by the Township greater than ten 10 years:
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Day
President's Day
Good Friday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veteran's Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
B. 
In addition, there will be one floating holiday each year, which will be determined by a majority vote of the Township's employees and then presented to Mayor and Council for approval.
A. 
Regular full-time and part-time employees are granted annual vacation leave according to this schedule:

B. 
A "working week" is the normal weekly work schedule for a full-time employee as defined for individual departments. The vacation of regular part-time employees will be prorated based on their regular working schedule.
C. 
Upon termination of employment an employee will receive payment for all accrued vacation leave.
D. 
Anyone whose employment is terminated prior to the expiration of the initial probationary period will receive no vacation time or pay in lieu thereof.
