No person, firm, charity, corporation, partnership,
or employee shall collect, pick up, or cause to be collected or picked
up any recyclable item placed at the curbline for collection by the
township, or authorized agent of the township.

A.
First offense: minimum of $25/maximum $500, confiscation of all collected
recycled materials and/or up to five days of community service.
B.
Second offense: minimum of $100/maximum $1,000, confiscation of all
collected recycled materials and/or up to 10 days of community service.
C.
Third offense: minimum $250/maximum $1,500, confiscation of all collected
recycled materials, and/or up to 30 days of community service.
D.
Subsequent offenses: minimum $500/maximum $2,000, confiscation of
all collected recycled materials and/or up to 60 days of community
service and/or up to 90 days in jail.
