As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
A duplicate of the original property tax bill, which duplicate
is generated by the Tax Collector of Logan Township.
The holder of a mortgage loan.
A person or entity to whom or which a mortgagee or a selling
servicing organization sells, assigns or transfers the servicing of
a mortgage loan.
If a mortgagee, servicing organization or property
tax processing organization requests a duplicate copy of a tax bill,
the Tax Collector shall issue a duplicate copy, and shall charge the
requesting party as follows:
