If any member of the Board plans to propose an increase in wages and/or fringe benefits for Township employees, said member must furnish written copies of such proposals to all members of the Board at least 30 days prior to bringing it to a vote.

All meetings shall be limited to a reasonable time. If it is determined that the meeting will extend for an unduly long period of time with substantial unfinished business remaining, then the Chairman shall adjourn the meeting to a special meeting.
The Chairman shall assign each member to a committee, and it shall be his responsibility to handle all matters pertaining to that committee and report back to the Board for final approval.

All meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Sunshine Act, 65 Pa.C.S.A. § 271 et seq.

Supervisors shall receive annual compensation for their services to Athens Township in the amount authorized by Section 606 of the Second Class Township Code.
Such compensation shall be paid in quarterly installments.
