All Village elections shall be held and conducted in accordance with Chs. 5 through 12, Wis. Stats.
Pursuant to § 6.78, Wis. Stats., the poll hours for all elections in the Village of Elm Grove shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A. 
There shall be eight wards in the Village of Elm Grove, each of which is identified as follows:
(1) 
Ward 1. Ward 1 shall include the area bounded by the following: starting at the northeast corner of W Bluemound Road and Pilgrim Parkway. North on Pilgrim Parkway to Cascade Drive. East on Cascade Drive to Berkshire Drive. South on Berkshire Drive to Westover Road. East on Westover Road to Highland Drive. South on Highland Drive to Watertown Plank Road. West on Watertown Plank Road to Terrace Drive. South on Terrace Drive to W Bluemound Road. West on W Bluemound Road to Pilgrim Parkway.

Ward 2. Ward 2 shall include the area bounded by the following: starting at the northeast corner of Cascade Road and Pilgrim Parkway. North on Pilgrim Parkway to W North Avenue. East on W North Avenue to Highland Drive. South on Highland Drive to Hillside Road. East on Hillside Road to Woodlawn Circle. East on Woodlawn Circle to Juneau Boulevard. West on Juneau Boulevard to Highland Drive. North on Highland Drive to Westover Road. West on Westover Road to Berkshire Drive. North on Berkshire Drive to Cascade Drive. Ward 8. Ward 8 shall include the area bounded by the following: starting at the northeast corner of the intersection of Juneau Boulevard and Underwood Creek. North on Underwood Creek to San Fernando Drive. North on San Fernando Drive to Underwood River Parkway. West on Underwood River Parkway to Hollyhock Lane. Southeast on Hollyhock Lane to Bobby Lane. North on Bobby Lane to Dunwoody Drive. East on Dunwoody Drive to Arrowhead Court. North on Arrowhead Court to W North Avenue. East on W North Avenue to N 124th Street. South on N 124th Street to Walnut Road. West on Walnut Road to Longwood Avenue. South on Longwood Avenue to Elmhurst Parkway. West on Elmhurst Parkway to Legion Drive. B. 
Wards in the Village of Elm Grove shall be combined into two reporting units as follows:
(1) 
Wards 1 through 4.
(2) 
Wards 5 through 8.
C. 
Wards are also defined on a ward map on file in the Village Clerk's office.

All elections shall be held at Village Hall, 13600 Juneau Blvd., Elm Grove, Wisconsin.

A. 
Composition. The Municipal Board of Absentee Ballot Canvassers shall be composed of the Municipal Clerk, or a qualified elector of the municipality designated by the Clerk, and two other qualified electors of the municipality appointed by the Clerk. The members of the Board of Absentee Ballot Canvassers shall serve for a two-year term commencing on January 1 of each odd-numbered year.
B. 
Canvassing of absentee ballots. In lieu of canvassing absentee ballots at polling places under § 6.88, Wis. Stats., the Board of Absentee Ballot Canvassers shall, at each election held in the Village, canvass all absentee ballots received by the Municipal Clerk by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
C. 
At every election held in the Village, the Board of Absentee Ballot Canvassers shall, any time after the opening of the polls, publicly convene to count the absentee ballots for the Village. The Village Clerk shall give at least 48 hours' notice of any meeting under this subsection.
