There is hereby established in the Borough of
Glassboro a Department of Code Enforcement, Planning, and Zoning.
The attached flowchart establishes all departments,
officers and employees to be included in the Department of Code Enforcement,
Planning, and Zoning.

A.
The Director of Code Enforcement will be directly
responsible for the daily oversight and administration of the Department
of Code Enforcement, Planning, and Zoning.
B.
All officers or employees whose duties are prescribed
by state statute or administrative regulations shall perform said
duties as permitted by law but will report to the Director of Code
Enforcement as requested on the daily activities, functions, and work
for said office.
