This chapter shall be known as the "Animal Control Law" of the
Town of Kingsbury inclusive of the Village of Hudson Falls.
The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, safety
and well-being of persons and property within the Town of Kingsbury
by imposing restrictions and prohibitions on the keeping and running
at large of dogs, dangerous animals and other identified animals within
the Town.
