Section 23 of the Town Law and § 3 of the Public Officers
Law are hereby amended and superseded in their application to the Town of
Tully to provide that, notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special
Law of the State of New York, the Building Inspector for the Town of Tully
may reside in the County of Onondaga or in a county adjoining Onondaga County.
