The Police Department and the Fire Department of the City of Ventnor City, under rules and regulations prescribed by the Chief of Police and the Chief of the Fire Department, respectively, shall, upon request of any parties in interest, make and furnish a conformed copy of any such statements or reports as filed in said Department upon the payment of the following fees:
A. 
Per letter-size page or smaller, in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule; per legal-size page or larger, in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule.

B. 
Photographs will be photocopied at the rates established herein. If requests are made for duplicate photographs, the actual cost of making the photographs shall be charged.
C. 
Duplication of videotapes constitute an extraordinary duplication process and will be charged at the rate in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule, per videotape.

D. 
On any item that cannot be photocopied on the City copy machine or not otherwise provided for in this schedule, the actual cost incurred in making the copy shall be charged.
E. 
Where the discovery must be obtained from an entity other than the City of Ventnor, e.g., another police department, the actual costs paid to the other entity shall be paid by the requestor.
F. 
Viewing of video drinking driving tapes shall be in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule, by appointment only.

Said fees are not imposed for purposes of revenue but for regulatory purposes in the matter of the operation of said Department.
The Police Department shall report to the Board of Commissioners monthly the number of conformed copies made each month and make payment of the fees collected during said period to the City Chief Financial Officer.
