A. 
The Ventnor City Clerk is hereinafter authorized to assess fees for duplication costs for items secured from her office or secured from any office within the City of Ventnor, excepting the Police and Fire Departments.
B. 
All charges to be assessed shall be calculated using the schedule of fees designated in Chapter 114.
