No person shall discharge a weapon within the
corporate limits of the City of Ventnor City.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before the Municipal Judge
or other proper officer having jurisdiction, pay a fine in any amount
not exceeding $1,000 or be imprisoned in the City or county jail for
a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. In addition to or as a substitute
for the previously mentioned fine, the imposition of community service
shall be authorized as an additional penalty, which community service
shall not exceed 90 days.
