Within the boundaries of the City of Ventnor City is property
known as the "Ventnor Library," which library is located at 6500 Atlantic
Avenue in said City. Within said library parking area will be located
handicapped parking spaces, which parking spaces are intended to be
designated the two closest parking spaces to the entrance of the library.
Two additional handicapped parking spaces will be located 25 feet
from the corner of Atlantic Avenue adjacent to the library on the
east side of the New Haven Avenue beach block to a point 55 feet from
the corner of Atlantic Avenue. One of the two handicapped parking
spaces will be van accessible.

Within the boundaries of the City of Ventnor City is the property
known as the "Ventnor City Hall" which building is located at 6201
Atlantic Avenue. The designated area for the Ventnor City Hall handicapped
parking shall be on the north side of Atlantic Avenue from a point
25 feet west of Cambridge Avenue to a point 44 feet west thereof.

on Marston Avenue shall be on the north side from a point 35 feet
east of Cambridge Avenue to a point 50 feet east thereof.

Within the established metered parking spaces
on Suffolk Avenue between Atlantic Avenue and the ocean, two handicapped
spaces shall be created, which parking spaces shall be designated
as the two closest parking spaces to the Boardwalk access ramp.

The designated area for handicapped parking
on Somerset Avenue shall be on the east side from a point 272 feet
south of Atlantic Avenue to a point 338 feet south thereof.

The designated area for handicapped parking on New Haven Avenue
shall be on the east side from a point 71 feet from the southerly
end to a point 117 feet north thereof.

The designated area for handicapped parking on North New Haven
Avenue shall be on the west side from a point 15 feet from the southerly
end of Ventnor Avenue to a point 32 feet north thereof. This shall
be a van-accessible space.

The designated area for handicapped parking on North Troy Avenue
shall be on the east side from a point 25 feet from the southerly
end of Ventnor Avenue to a point 35 feet north thereof.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $2,000.
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or
on which a new violation occurs or continues. The court, in its discretion,
may order the imposition of up to a maximum of 90 days of community
service in addition to or as a substitute for any fine.
